A new Ofsted report claims that increasing numbers of children are resorting to carrying knives and even bottles to protect themselves against bullies. Among other issues highlighted by the research were the perception that bullying is on the increase, and that technologies such as mobile phones and social networking sites are also being used to intimidate some children.
